  • Where is the store based?

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes!

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped, most USA & Canada orders take 8-14 days. It is "Standard Small Air Packet" and tracked.
    Most international take 11-13 days. It is an "International Tracked Packet" and tracked.
    However, please expect delays due to the postal service being backlogged. I CANNOT GUARANTEE YOUR ORDER WILL ARRIVE UNDER 14 DAYS, so please reconsider your order if it is time sensitive. Thank you for understanding!

  • I entered the wrong shipping address. What do I do?

    PLEASE double-check your address to avoid this! 9/10 times I recieve a parcel back in the mail, it is because the address was "insufficient" (AKA it was entered incorrectly upon purchasing).

    But mistakes happen, so if you enter your address wrong, PLEASE EMAIL ME ASAP. If your order was already shipped, then one of two things will happen:

    - Your order will be sent to an existing address that is not yours. Unfortunately, I cannot do anything about this and I cannot provide a refund.
    - It will be sent back to me. At that point, I will contact you and give you the option of reshipping to your correct address at the cost of shipping.

  • Why the heck is your international shipping so expensive?

    I know!! I'm sorry. But it is the cheapest option I can use for reliable shipping. International Surface or Air is much cheaper, but your package can take up to 3 months to arrive, so it's not a risk I'm willing to take. Apologies!

  • How is my order packed?

    I've recently updated my packaging to include a bubble mailer! So all products are sent nice and secure inside a bubble-wrapped package.

  • What is a pre-order? And will they be available for purchase after the pre-order period?

    1. A pre-order means the item DOES NOT YET EXIST. You're essentially "reserving" your keychain(s) that will be manufactured at a later date, usually a week or so later. This means we will never run into stock issues and there will always be enough stock for anybody who wants one!

    2. So... yes and no. Immediately after the pre-order period? No. Sometime in the future? Maybe. All of my collections are limited run (more info on why that is below) and therefore I cannot guarantee that any collections will ever come back.

  • Why are they limited run? Will you ever re-release old designs/collections?

    1. I do limited run because I am a one-woman show - I manufacture, sort orders, quality-check, pack orders, and ship everything by myself. I know the limited time-window for ordering products can be frustrating, but please understand I simply wouldn't be able to handle the volume of orders if I couldn't contain them within a small window of time.
    2. Possibly. There has been times in the past where old collections make a return, but due to the reasons above, I like to keep my products limited - the more variety of products I offer, the more logistical issues I run into. This is better for everybody because it means I can offer the most time & care to current products and my customers!

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
